感謝您對在牧羊少年訂座用餐感興趣，以下是一些訂座小提示：
Thank you for your interest in dining with The Alchemist Cafe. Please take note of the following reservation guidelines:
1）請注意，每個電話號碼每天只能訂座一次，重複的話將不予留座。如想訂座5人或以上，可使用兩個電話號碼訂2張檯，然後備注，我們會盡力安排在一起。
Please note that each phone number may only be used for one reservation per day. Duplicate bookings will not be accepted. For parties of 5 or more, you may use two phone numbers to reserve two tables and leave a note—we will do our best to seat you together.
2）尖沙咀文化中心店Lemna，星期一至五可接受午市訂座，而牧羊少年分店只供晚市17:30後訂座，17:30前只限walk-in。
At the Tsim Sha Tsui Cultural Centre Lemna branch, lunch reservations are available Monday to Friday. At The Alchemist Cafe branch, reservations are only accepted for dinner service after 5:30 PM; walk-ins only before 5:30 PM.
3）即日訂座需於當天16:00 前進行，每天16:00 系統將會自動截止當晚訂座。
Same-day reservations must be made before 4:00 PM. Our system will automatically close reservations for the evening at 4:00 PM daily.
4）因應分店地區，訂座可能會有限時用膳規定，而不同限時時段將有機會享有不同程度的折扣優惠。
Depending on the branch location, dining time limits may apply. Different time slots may also offer varying levels of promotional discounts.
5）如有特別要求可在備註中清楚註明，例如甜品想寫Happy Birthday、有嬰兒需要BB椅或有孕婦等等都可特別註明，讓我們更清楚您的需求，有助我們提供更完善的用餐體驗。
If you have any special requests, please specify them clearly in the remarks section—for example, writing “Happy Birthday” on a dessert, requesting a baby chair, or noting if there is a pregnant guest. This helps us better accommodate your needs.
6）如當天訂座已滿，請放心，現場還有更多座位讓客人walk in入座。訂座與walk in 的比例約為 20% vs 80%。
If reservations are full for the day, don’t worry—ample seating is still available for walk-in guests. Approximately 20% of our seats are reserved for bookings, while 80% are kept for walk-ins.

Reservation Confirmation Terms
感謝您使用牧羊少年咖啡館的網上訂座服務，以下有一些使用條款需要客人閱讀及確認：
Thank you for using The Alchemist Cafe’s online reservation system. Please read and confirm the following terms:
1）訂座留位最多10分鐘，逾時座位將會開放予其他客人。
Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes. After that, the table may be released to other guests.
2）本店將會在訂座當日16:00後致電最多兩次給客人確認訂座。如電話不能接通或未獲回應，訂座有可能會被取消。
We will attempt to call you up to two times after 4:00 PM on the day of your reservation to confirm. If we are unable to reach you, your reservation may be cancelled.
3）如自攜蛋糕，牧羊少年分店需要繳付切餅費 $60（每個蛋糕），而尖沙咀文化中心店Lemna需要繳付切餅費 $100（每個蛋糕）。
For self-brought cakes, a cake-cutting fee of $60 per cake applies at The Alchemist Cafe, and $100 per cake at the Tsim Sha Tsui Cultural Centre Lemna branch.
4）如自攜酒類，牧羊少年分店需要繳付開瓶費 $120（第一支），第二支開始每支＄80。而尖沙咀文化中心店Lemna需要繳付開瓶費 $250（每支）。
For self-brought alcohol, a corkage fee of $120 applies for the first bottle and $80 for each additional bottle at The Alchemist Cafe. At the Tsim Sha Tsui Cultural Centre Lemna branch, the corkage fee is $250 per bottle.
5）如有特別備註要求，本店因應現場情況會盡力安排，但未能承諾一定辦妥。
We will do our best to accommodate special requests noted in your reservation, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment due to on-site conditions.
6）如有任何爭議，本店保留最終決定權及解釋權。
In case of any disputes, the restaurant reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
